Jump squats! - set your timer for 2 min and get jumping. Take as many breaks a s needed and post your number daily! Push yourself and push each other ;)
Raised SuperWOMAN... - alternating sides for 1 min and then hold each side for one min long (if burn is too intense, pulse)! Back butt and arms are going to be beach ready after this!
V-ups! - 2 min of v-ups (YouTube has videos if u r unsure what these r). Always check the site bc I will be throwing a curve ball at you with these periodically.
